New members of the team
Jo Batterham – Ilkley Showroom Manager
Studying at the London College of Fashion and Interior Architecture in Newcastle I began to see design through new and excited eyes. I travelled around the world and lived in Milan; the architecture, art and culture were inspirational.
My experience ranges from designing the extravagant and luxurious, to creating the simple and practical.
As part of the interior design team and as Ilkley Design Studio Manager I aim to provide a professional, friendly interior design service creating beautiful, original schemes fulfilling clients' concepts and aspirations.
Jack Smith – Furniture Finisher Assistant
Jack has recently joined the team at the secret drawer after finishing a college course in public services
Jack is also an on call fire fighter in Skipton serving his community.
When not at work jack enjoys outdoor pursuits including cycling, canoeing and fell running.
He has recently competed in the British fell runner championship races.
The Secret Drawer is a creative fusion of experienced professionals from across the three strands of the business; the workshop in Skipton, the furniture showroom in Cononley and the interior design showroom in Ilkley.
Those who make up The Secret Drawer team all share in common a sense of pride and passion when it comes to the business, and the majority of the employees have remained with the company for many years.
